Job Description: HR Associate – Talent Sourcing
In the role of HR Associate – Talent Sourcing, you will facilitate the whole talent acquisition cycle. As a central member of the HR operations unit, you will assist in candidate sourcing and screening, stakeholder communication, and candidate pipeline development. This HR-oriented role is focused on people, making it easier for those enthusiastic about recruitment and HR operations to adjust and thrive.
Roles & Responsibilities

Locate candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.

Assess resumes, and perform initial interviews.

Schedule interviews and collate feedback from interviewers.

Track and make changes to applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Create and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.

Assist with employer branding and other Human Resource (HR) campaigns.

Work with other departments on hiring and referral candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Adhere to company policies on internal procedures and hiring restrictions.

Manage HR information systems (HRIS) to be ready for audits and reporting.

Skills and Qualifications Requirements

Strong customer-focused verbal and written communication skills

Strong multitasking capabilities

Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, as well as HRMS and ATS

Bachelor’s degree in any field, with a BBA or MBA in HR as the preferred
