Roles & Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Responding to and resolving user queries via emails, calls, and chats. Orders, payments, delivery, and even restaurant partner interactions.

  • Customer Care: Fulfilling a customer’s expectations by taking ownership of the issues, resolving their concerns.

  • Teamwork: Committing to the delivery and operations of other business units through proper coordination to achieve proper and timely resolutions.

  • Offering Feedback: Informing pertinent teams regarding customers’ insights and feedback concerning Zomato products and services with the aim of enhancing them.

  • Compliance: Maintaining adherence to Policies: Zomato’s policies and guidelines to manage and uphold a standard customer service and Zomato experience to the customers.

Required Skills

Educational Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in any field.

Employment:

  • Experience in this role best suits individuals with up to 2 years of experience or those in customer service fields.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English is mandatory.

Analytical Skills:
