Global Operations is responsible for integrated operations delivery across multiple lines of businesses of Bank of America across the globe. Roles Responsibilities
- Support with tasks in finance, compliance or banking operations.
- Input data, report creation, and reconciliations.
- Support teams in with documentation and audit tracking.
- Collaborate within departments to improve flow.

- Day-to-day processing of simple to complex transactions as per standard operating procedures.
- Deliver on individual targets & contribute towards team KPIs/KRIs metrics.
- Support all additional activities performed in the team which are part of wider initiatives.
- Knowledge of the department’s or business unit’s functional operations and a working knowledge of bank policies, programs, procedures and financial practices.
- Work effectively in a team & collaborate with all stakeholders.
- Seek to advance knowledge and improve skills leveraging various inhouse domain & process trainings.
- Flexible to work across rotating work shifts aligned to the supported business geographies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- BA, B. Com, BBA
- Good communication skills – both verbal and written
- Collaborative – Works effectively with others by establishing and maintaining positive working relationships.
- Shows dedication to getting the job done accurately and efficiently.
- MS Office
- Sets high personal work standards.
- Willing to work in a shift environment; adapts well to routine.
- Open to work in Rotational shifts 24×7 including night shift
- Understanding of Basic Accounting Concepts
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Existing working experience in internships.
- Understanding of banking operations and KYC.
- Prior knowledge in reconciliation and general ledger accounting systems
- Above average reasoning and social interaction skills
