Job Role Overview – Order to Cash Operations Analyst
As an O2C Operations Analyst, you will hold responsibility for steering the end-to-end life cycle of Order to Cash process management. This encompasses sales order entry, invoicing, cash application, billing, chargeback and dispute management, as well as customer communication. You will ensure cash inflow for the organization and help satisfy client needs in terms of order fulfillment and cash application done during the process.
Key Responsibilities

Processing sales orders along with issuing credit and debit memos

Customer invoicing through SAP and Oracle ERPs

Cash application management including updating payment status

Client follow-up for AR (Accounts Receivable) payments

Payment disputes resolution, discrepancy handling, and dealing with short payments

Meeting reporting deadlines for month end and quarter end

Report creation and maintenance alongside detailed trackers and dashboards
