Job Description
Rupeek is looking to bring on a Talent Acquisition Partner to our Bengaluru team to lead our end to end recruitment processes. In this role you will be doing strategic hiring, to build out our talent pipeline and also work with business heads to achieve our organizational goals. Rupeek Talent Acquisition Partner 2025
Talent Recruitment Partner Large Scale Hiring.
Education: Bachelor degree (MBA or the equivalent preferred).
Experience: Over 1 year of experience.
Location: Bengaluru.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Bulk Recruitment Management: Lead and manage large scale recruitment efforts which includes the successful onboarding of a high volume of qualified candidates in a timely fashion Rupeek Talent Acquisition Partner 2025
- Candidate Sourcing: Come up with innovative and economic sourcing solutions to attract a diverse range of candidates from many channels (job boards, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies, etc..
- Screening and Shortlist: Do initial screenings, conduct phone interviews, and go through applications to shortlist the best candidates for in depth evaluation.
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Keep a talent pipeline for our continuous bulk recruitment which will see a constant flow of qualified candidates.
- Interview Co-ordination: Plan and run the interview processes in coordination with hiring managers and other key players, we aim for a seamless candidate experience. Rupeek Talent Acquisition Partner 2025
- Assessment and Selection: Organize and run assessment centers or large interview sessions to evaluate large numbers of candidates at once.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work very closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and department heads to determine recruitment needs and make sure what we do is in support of organizational goals.
- Reporting and Analytics: We track, measure and report out on recruitment stats like time to hire, candidate experience, cost per hire, and what is the results of our sourcing efforts. Rupeek Talent Acquisition Partner 2025
- Employer Branding: We present the company’s brand at large scale hiring events, job fairs, and in campus recruitment to get the best talent.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or Business Management
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles
- Proficient with ATS tools and HRMS software
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities
- Insight into hiring trends in tech or fintech sectors
- Proven ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Preferred(Not Mandatory)
- Prior experience with a startup or within fintech
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri RMS
- Exposure to bulk hiring and conducting walk-in drives
- Contribution to employer branding initiatives
