- Customer Service Executive Inbound/Outbound Call Support
- Email Support Executive
Roles & Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries via call, chat or email
- Resolve issues related to banking or customer service Keep records of all interactions
- Solve complicated issues from clients and delegates them to the appropriate department for resolution
- Strive to meet daily key performance indicators and quality benchmarks
- Ensure all necessary follow up actions are completed to improve customer experience
- Working within internal support teams
- Available to the customers
Required Skills and Qualifications
- graduate or have a diploma Ability to speak in english and any regional dialect Sounds and looks approachable
- Proficient in the use of computers and has a fair typing rate
- Functions well under stress Must be willing to work on various shifts
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Having previously worked in a call center or customer service department
- Understanding of the designating fields such as banking or e-commerce
- Knowledge of online information systems (CRM) Flexibility to relocate for the position (if the position is not remote)
